In our home — wherever they're happiest. Some dogs prefer a dog bed, some end up on the sofa. We follow their lead. No crates, no kennels, no separate room.
Yes — morning and evening walks are part of every boarding stay. We match the walks to your dog's routine, pace and energy. We know Bristol's parks well and love exploring them.
We do single overnight stays as well as multi-night and extended stays. We've had dogs stay for 20+ nights. Get in touch to discuss what you need.
No. Your dog stays in our home with us — not in a facility or a separate building. We're there through the night, just like you would be at home.
We have extensive experience with nervous dogs, and we always start with a meet & greet before any boarding stay. We'll be completely honest with you about how your dog is settling, and we go entirely at their pace. Many nervous dogs surprise their owners with how well they do.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Familiar food, a favourite toy, a blanket that smells of home. Anything that helps your dog settle is welcome.
We send regular WhatsApp updates — photos, videos, little moments from the day. You'll be able to see exactly how your dog is getting on. We'll always tell you honestly if anything isn't quite right.
Yes — we offer a Pet Taxi service as an add-on, so we can collect and drop off your dog if that makes things easier for you. Just ask us about it on WhatsApp and we'll let you know availability and cost.
Yes — our home is fitted with security cameras, so we can always keep an eye on the dogs in our care and make sure everyone's safe and settled. We use a Furbo 360° Camera ourselves and it's been brilliant for peace of mind. For dogs staying with us for the first time (or on their first boarding visit), we sometimes use a Tractive GPS tracker on their collar during walks — just an extra layer of reassurance while they're settling in with us.
