"It was our dog (Scarlett)’s first time staying overnight with someone else since we rescued her. We’re so pleased we found Katie and Osbert! Scarlett can be a little anxious around new people but they clearly know how to read dogs and put her at ease with such patience and skill. They took her on lots of walks, treated her to a café trip, and kept her well fed with her favourite snacks. For an entire week, we didn’t have a single worry, which is a rare feeling when leaving an elderly dog behind. They truly created a safe, warm, and loving space for him. Since Chaber has some hearing loss and arthritis, we were so touched by how seriously they took his specific needs. They were incredibly professional from the start—asking about his smallest habits and safety precautions—which immediately put my mind at ease before our trip. The daily updates and photo stories were the highlight of our days! It was so clear that Chaber wasn’t just being "watched"—it looked like he was on his own little vacation. To top it all off, after a very long and draining journey back, having their pet taxi ready for us was a total lifesaver. "We recently went on holiday to Turkey for a week and had the absolute pleasure of leaving our dog, Olly, in the care of these brilliant dog sitters. We were initially quite worried about how Olly would cope - he'd never been away from us before and absolutely hates kennels. But as it turned out, we needn't have worried at all. Olly was expertly cared for by genuine dog lovers who clearly made him feel at home. They sent us daily updates and photos. which really helped put our minds at ease while we were away. It was clear from the pictures and messages that he was not just being looked after, but truly enjoying himself. When we came home, Ollie was happy, relaxed, and it was obvious he'd had just as good a holiday as we did. They asked lots of good questions during our initial meet and greet including if our dog was sensitive to being touched in some places or had allergies. They were really careful during drop off to allow us to gradually part ways during a walk so as to not upset our dog. Lots of photos and really great updates too!"

"Another amazing holiday for me and another lush staycation lol for Daisy! The best care in the world for Daisy provided by this lovely couple, I keep mentioning Daisy s very hard to handdle beeing arthritic, a rescue dog and many many health issue who make her untouchble, Katie and Osbert did not gave up on us even when Osbert been betten very hard by Daisy with a lots of blood on be s finger and ending up at the gp surgery. What more can I ask for?! Very embarassing and as I said they they did not gave up on us, did some researches on internet about how to handdle Daisy and now Daisy s ,, homesick,, after she come home from they home... too good to be true for an very anxious dog mum!!!"

"Katie & Osbert looked after Gunther overnight, They were really accommodating, we met up before hand for a walk and their communication throughout was great, They kept me updated both before and during Gunther's stay and sent lots of pics and comments as to how he was getting on. "Absolutely brilliant. Katie and Osbert looked after our 5yo Cockapoo, Monty, for a considerable amount of time whilst we were in Thailand. During the 10 days he boarded, Monty was extremely well looked after (better than I could have ever asked for!), loved like he was their own, walked and played with consistently. The daily pictures gave us peace of mind and were fabulously creative, including play and rest time. When picking him up Monty was clean, calm and very very well looked after! They even cleaned his ears and gave him a Christmas collar which was incredibly thoughtful and cute. He got on very well with their lovely, calm and welcoming dog Tong Tong. I absolutely absolutely wouldn't hesitate to recommend at all and will certainly be foing to Katie and Osbert again. Thank you"

We met a couple of weeks before they watched Molly and they took the time find out about her habits, likes and dislikes. They also ensured that their dog Tong Tong got along with Molly too. The whole process was easy and during the 8 days that Molly was with them, they sent regular updates, photos and vidoes. They really cared and looked after Molly as if she was their own dog. "During this visit Nessie peed on Katie and her partner's carpet a few times and they were really lovely in how they dealt with it, putting pee pads in their home and talking to me directly about it. I was super aplogetic and wasn't sure why Nessie would do this as she doesn't usually at home or in other people's homes, we thought it might be due to being in a home with another dog present. Katie had a really positive attitude and this did not deter her from having Nessie again - and the next time Nessie stayed she was absolutely fine and didn't pee in the house. I really appreciate that Katie and her partner were understanding and helped me find a solution by recommending me to get the pee pads for next time. Overall Katie is always very communicative, sending lots of updates and letting me know if anything arises. You can be sure that Katie and her partner will take great care of your dog : )"

"Yuk Kee and her partner have looked after our Coco for over a month and whilst I have been on holiday, it seems Coco has been on just as great of a holiday with the amount of trips he has had to various places in England such as London, Oxford, Reading etc and even an overnight trip at an Airbnb!
